ARTIST   RESIDENCY  APPLICATION   GUIDELINES 

Next Postmark Submission Deadline: August 1, 2010
Next review of submissions will take place in August 2010 for the 2011/2012 schedule.

Artist Residencies in all disciplines including visual, media, performance and theatre are available July, August and January. Please note: for performance / theatre: Oxygen has a concrete floor.

Oxygen Art Centre is especially interested in supporting collaborative, cross-discipline, experimental and community-based work. We are not a commercial gallery.

To be considered for a residency please submit the following:
 
1.   CURRICULUM VITAE (maximum two pages)
 
2.   ARTIST’S STATEMENT (maximum one page)
 
3.   RESIDENCY PROJECT PROPOSAL (maximum two pages)
 
4.   PORTFOLIO / DOCUMENTATION 
 
  VISUAL ARTISTS

  PERFORMANCE / INTERDISCIPLINARY / ARTIST COLLABORATIONS 
  Digital / Video / Script documentation of recent project: maximum 25 minutes or 25 pages.   
  Press / reviews: maximum 3 pages.
                             
If you wish to have your portfolio returned to you, please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope with adequate postage.
